Avoiding work for another five minutes

So I'm still writing this report
And thus I'd better keep this short
Or else my prof won't do me right
When it's due Monday at midnight
If I were smart (but hell -- I'm not)
I would have tried, I would have got
It started earlier so I
Would not be trying not to cry
Oh no--the time! it's running out
Yet still I'm typing on about
How bad this is, how much I'm screwed--
And though I don't mean to be rude...

I'd better go.
